The OG of this is a classic. Viva La Juicy OG can be worn by almost anyone and turn heads. It may not be everyone's favorite, but I've yet to find one person wearing it that smelled bad. It seems to meet most body chemistry well, which is rare. It's that kind of perfume that is gorgeous without even trying. The citrus in it is sometimes too much for me and I find it's better for me in colder weather, but this pales in comparison to the OG and is IMO a waste of money. I imagine boys and simple minded men would like this, it is very sensual, cozy and warm. In all of its simplicity, it screams "come on taste me" Literally just got this for lawyering purposes only for whenever I want to add a Carmel touch to my scents.

Smelling the bottle and initial smell after the first spray I saw similarities to jean paul gaultier and got really excited but its not as complex and not as strong. After ten minutes it reminds me of Jlo live without the pineapple notes tbh. I love live and wore it a lot on and off since my teens- the caramel is similar. I cant smell the berries in this, its got a shampoo quality underneath the caramel but its not reminiscent of berries to me. Oop. Mostly floral, at least on my skin. Not what I imagined after looking at the note list. To me it's a slightly sweet, light jasmine (and white flowers in general), with a hint of vanilla and caramel. It's comforting, it's sexy, it's warm. But it's repeatable. Something that was done a million times already. I'm a bit dissapointed by the weakness of the caramel note.Overall, Viva La Juicy Gold is not for someone who takes themself too seriously. It's for a woman who wants to be flirty, fancy, and a little sophisticated without coming off as a rich snob. Absolutely love this scent - truly "juicy" and sweet, one of those scents that makes you feel happier as soon as you spray it. However, it lasts maybe an hour tops on me, so it's not worth it to buy a full bottle. I find that the notes are laid out quite differently to what you smell while wearing this fragrance.

But like many of us here, I do follow our boy Jeremy's YT critiques and saw how he absolutely DIES over this Gold Couture! Granted, yes, keep in mind that he is a man of today... but I love my guilty pleasure gourmands too! It makes me feel happy, playful, girly, and fun. The base notes blended nicely - caramel, vanilla, amber, sandalwood. Dry down is some toasted warm caramel scent. Like I said earlier - the scent is quite intoxicating. Bottom: amber (fades away after a while and your left with the following), sandalwood, and the flowers. The finishing scent is less sweet, and more... clean and woody than you'd expect, which I appreciate! But you do need to get really close to smell it. Although some argue it smells generic, I've never smelled another caramel like this. It's sweet but has a salty/powdery quality to it that makes it wearable all year round, if anything I actually prefer it in summer months.
